Yashiro is a leader of Shinsekai who is also sexually deviant and masochistic. He has been hurt by someone he loved and now only engages in physical relationships. His superior assigns Chikara Doumeki, a recently released prisoner, to be his new bodyguard. Doumeki is stoic, observant, but clumsy and impotent, which frustrates Yashiro. Despite his policy of not getting involved with subordinates, Yashiro finds himself drawn to Doumeki, who constantly denies his advances. Although Doumeki wishes to stay by Yashiro's side, he knows that he will never be able to satisfy him due to their different sexual desires.
