    After their confrontation with the Paranormal Liberation Front, the people of Japan have lost faith in their heroes. To defeat Tomura Shigaraki and All For One, All Might calls upon his ally from the West-the most powerful woman on Earth, Star and Stripe. However, All For One intercepts Star and her fleet in order to seize her overpowered quirk before she can enter Japanese airspace. Despite Endeavor, Hawks, and Best Jeanist being en route to the rendezvous point, Star takes a risky move in the present to save her teammates.
