Kiyoko Yoshida, the new president of Class 2-1, is known for being dependable and compassionate. On her first day of school, she notices that one of her classmates, Yano Tsuyoshi, arrives late with injuries. Due to her caring nature, she can't help but worry about him and his injuries. After cautiously following him home one day, she learns that he's just clumsy. Despite this revelation, Kiyoko continues to worry about him at school and at home, unaware that she's falling in love with him. To show her care, she brings a first aid kit with her and makes it her mission to help Yanos mishap-related injuries as their romance blossoms.
