When Sunao is ill or doesn't want to go to school, her substitute takes her place. She was created to fulfill this role, and though no one knows of her existence, she does her best for Sunao whenever called upon. One day, while talking with Sanada, one of her classmates, they become friends. However, Sanada soon realizes that she is different from the original Sunao - he was the first to notice this. She asks Sanada to only communicate with her when her hair is half-up. They enjoy their time together, and as they grow closer, she realizes that she has special feelings for Sanada. Yet, she doesn't know what will happen if she, a replica, falls in love.
