The website where you can access if you have a grudge against someone is called Hell Correspondence. At midnight, you can enter your grudge's name on the site, and the Hell Girl, Ai Enma, will appear to grant your wish. However, there's a catch: in order for you to be rid of your grudge, you must condemn the soul of the person who wronged you, which means that both your souls will face eternal damnation. Many people have been willing to pay this price to get rid of their grudges. In Jigoku Shoujo: Yoi no Togi, Ai and her companions continue to transport souls into Hell. But recently, a mysterious girl has started following them. She doesn't remember who she is and asks Ai about her role as the Hell Girl. Who is this girl, and what does she have to do with Ai?
