The story revolves around the disappearance of Ai Enma, the Hell Girl, following the events of Jigoku Shoujo Futakomori. Her former companions decide to lead normal lives until she returns with a new companion named Yuzuki Mikage. During a dream-like trance in the bathtub, Ai kisses Yuzuki and possesses her body. This allows her to accomplish her task of ferrying the soul of their teacher to hell through the Hell Correspondence website. Yuzuki is confused about why she was chosen for this role and feels disturbed by her new circumstances. Despite this, the operation of Hell Correspondence resumes, and Yuzuki is dragged along towards hell itself.
