Defense attorney Ryuuichi Naruhodou continues his work in defense of falsely accused individuals with his talent for last-minute turnabouts, along with his trustworthy assistant Mayoi Ayasato. As a result, his reputation as an advocate for the innocent grows. However, this newfound success attracts the attention of Godot, a mysterious rookie prosecutor who bears a grudge against Ryuuichi. With their allies by their side, Ryuuichi and Mayoi confront this new adversary and search for the reason behind his hostility. But before they can solve the mystery, two cases from Chihiro Ayasato's past become crucial to unraveling the enigma surrounding her murder. Will Ryuuichi be able to use his skills once again to expose the truth hidden within a web of lies?
