Tokyo native Kaito Kajima grew up in Saitama and has a younger sister. He left Artsvision for VIMS on October 1, 2013, and his official website was shut down on May 21, 2015. On June 23, 2019, he married fellow seiyuu Ayana Taketatsu. Kajima won the Best New Actor Award at the 3rd Seiyuu Awards in 2009 and was awarded for his role as a male lead in both the 7th and 8th Seiyuu Awards.
