Many years have passed since the conflict with extraterrestrial beings began, and few individuals remain who can recall the origins of this war. as a result, records pertaining to that era are sparse. despite this, humanity continues to battle these creatures, relying on the "topless": an elite group of astronauts endowed with extraordinary abilities that enable them to harness the power of buster machines-the last line of defense against the extraterrestrial threat. amongst these pilots is nono-riri, a legendary figure whose exploits have been passed down through generations. a young girl from a remote martian settlement has spent her entire life hearing tales about nono-riri and yearns to leave behind her mundane existence in pursuit of her idol's footsteps. although she is unaware of the perils that await, nothing will deter her from achieving her dream. while wandering aimlessly, nono encounters lalc melk mark, a solitary topless pilot, and decides to stake her future on following him, regardless of the consequences.
