In New York City during the late 1920s, after Nobunaga's battle has ended and peace is restored, a theater owner informs Shinjiro that he will play the leading lady in their next production. This forces him to disguise himself as Petitmint and take on the role of "Cleopatra." Meanwhile, Star Division members try to persuade Shinjiro to accept his new part, while they chase across the city's five boroughs. Suddenly, a dark-skinned youth with an intense gaze appears in the bustling city. His eyes are fixed on the Statue of Liberty and he plans to destroy it. Now, Shinjiro and his companions must protect this city of dreams from this new threat while raising the curtain on their latest show.
