Sayumi Haruno has always been fascinated by the art of pastry-making and decides to pursue it further at Fleurir Confectionery Academy in Tokyo's trendy Aoyama district. Surrounded by charming boys who each have their unique personalities, she finds herself drawn towards Ryou Kouzukis passion for becoming a pastry chef. With his exceptional technique, he stands out among the rest of the class.
Instructors Mitsuki Aoi and Gilbert Hanafusa are also notable figures in Fleurir. The former is known for her regal demeanor and popularity amongst students, while the latter brings a touch of French charm to the school with his mood-setting abilities. Yoshinosuke Suzumi may seem reserved, but he harbors a deep love for wagashi that drives him to excel in his studies.
