Following the conclusion of Urotsukidoji III, those who survived the genocide of the Azuma kingdom travel on a futuristic tank towards Osaka. There, they plan to confront both the Overfiend and their own destinies. On their journey, they come across an unimaginable civilization where children rule over adults. Amano Jyaku must save his friends from this wicked land and its evil ruler, Ellis. Shortly after encountering them, Yoenhime, Sui Kaka Jus sister, summons Munhihausen, who transforms her into the fearsome Yoenki. With newfound strength, she seeks revenge on Amano for killing her brother. However, Munhihausens true intentions remain hidden. The climax of the Urotsukidoji legend will unfold in Osaka when Kiojo, the innocent Himi, and the Chojin meet to face each other.
