Despite their differences in rank, three individuals - Osamu Dazai, the youngest senior executive of the Port Mafia, Sakunosuke Oda, the lowest ranking member, and Angou Sakaguchi, an intelligence agent - meet at Lupin Bar to unwind after work. However, one evening, Angou disappears, leaving behind only a photograph of the three together. In present times, Dazai is now part of the Armed Detective Agency, while the Guild, an American gifted organization, seeks to eliminate their existence. As a result, the agency must allocate its resources between dealing with the Guild and the Port Mafia, who are adversaries.

This season adapts chapters 15 through 37 of the manga.
