Rayne, a second-year student at Easton Magic Academy and a Divine Visionary, is Finn's older brother. He possesses great power and was summoned back to the academy by Wahlberg in order to address the Magia Lupus issue. During his time there, he encounters Mash and initially perceives him as an adversary. However, after recognizing his error, Rayne comes to understand that Mash is not his enemy.
