The former coach of the basketball team in Teikou has become the manager of Touous team. Despite being an old friend of Aomine's childhood, she is unable to leave him alone and decides to join him in Touou. She is deeply in love with Kuroko and considers herself his girlfriend. Her affection for Kuroko stems from a time when he gave her an extra ice cream coupon, even though it was only because he was already full. Riko's data collection abilities are exceptional and she has the ability to predict future growth of opponents, making her a valuable strategist. However, her culinary skills leave something to be desired.
