A skilled athlete who leads a group of archers in training sessions. Ayako and Rin are both vying for attention from potential suitors. Early on, Ayako is attacked by either Rider or Caster, resulting in her being left unconscious in an alleyway. In the anime, Ayako appears with Shinji after she disappears, although he denies any involvement when questioned by Shiro. She frequently requests Shirou to observe their archery practice at the dojo.
