Kinji Tooyama
Kii-kun, Kin-chan, 遠山 キンジ
The main character in the series is a student at Butei High School who initially had a low combat rank of Level E because he missed the evaluation exam. However, under specific circumstances, his level rose to the highest possible rank of Level S. He currently studies in the Inquesta department and plans on leaving Butei after the death of his brother. His preferred weapons are an illegally modified Beretta M92F that can fire three bullets at once, which he calls the Beretta Kinji Model, and a butterfly knife.

Later in Volume 6 of the light novel he adds a black Desert Eagle (which was also illegally modified to fire a triple burst as well as fire as an automatic) which belonged to his father and a double-edged scramasax sword (which was modified with a hidden sheath and a reinforced rubber handle) which belonged to Sherlock Holmes to his arsenal.
Following the acquisition of Desert Eagle and Scramasax, he now dual wields weapon when in Hysteria Mode, rendering him as the third known Quadra in the series. (First shown in the decisive battle against Cao Cao triplets in Volume 7)
