The third tallest player on the team was an athlete who used his height and speed from a swimming start. He played on the line but quit due to lack of challenge. Despite this, he continued to use his athletic abilities in football games. However, he had a habit of making insensitive remarks and stripping down to his boxers in front of others. Modesty did not seem to be an issue for him. Initially, he looked down on the Komusubi player from the Deimon team due to his short stature. But after being defeated by him at the end of the game, he realized that there was strength in small frames. Mizumachi also seemed to understand Powerful-go, the "true language of truly strong men," as he responded positively to Komusubis post-game grunt of "HOT!" Additionally, Mizumachi enjoyed swimming and spying on the female half of the bathhouse when the Kyoshin team relaxed. He stated that the only things one could do in a public bathhouse were swim or peek.
