Mao is an individual who consistently demonstrates dependability and a strong inclination towards helping others. Despite serving as the treasurer for the student council, he also belongs to the group known as Trickstar, which frequently competes against them. Although he tries to avoid getting into trouble, he often finds himself in such situations nonetheless. As a member of the student council, Mao performs all his duties with impeccable precision. He is not fond of being the center of attention and usually provides support from behind the scenes. Childhood friends with Ritsu Sakuma, his neighbor.
