During a crime scene investigation, Kinji's class was fortunate enough to have an Logis Ace honor student driving a scooter-like vehicle that performed exceptionally well. Only those with exceptional abilities could operate this machine. Kinji views Gouki as a Transportation Otaku due to his extensive knowledge about various types of vehicles on land, sea, and air. For maintenance purposes, he chose a Colt Python revolver, which has a small loading capacity and cannot be equipped with a suppressor. Despite being well-regarded, Gouki's wild personality often puts him at odds with others, particularly girls like Muto.
