The concierge of Maison de Ayakashi is described as having a sinister appearance with features such as a fierce look, bald head, scars on the face and sunglasses. However, despite this appearance, it seems that he has a sensitive personality. When people interact with him, he becomes nervous or flushed, and he rarely speaks in public. Despite his intimidating exterior, there is evidence to suggest that Nekozuki may have a softer side, as he appears shy and likely struggles with low self-esteem issues. He can be seen banging his head against walls in an attempt to hide his face from others.
