Tomo, Misao, and Kanades senpai are all individuals who have been involved in a plane crash three years ago. As a result of the accident, she has had to replace her limbs with machinery, which allows her to store weapons in her arms and legs. Her sister gave her soul to the Asura Machina, and since then, she has been searching for a way to save herself. Despite her calling her sister Shuri, it is unclear whether Shuri is truly Shuri or if she is actually Yukari, her twin sister.
