Yor Forger's younger brother, Yuri Briar, is a 20-year-old man who works in the State Security Service (SSS). He keeps this job hidden from his sister and presents himself as a civil servant at the foreign ministry. Despite being attractive due to his appearance, girls tend to leave once they learn about his character.
Around this time Yuri began developing his sister complex tendencies when he began doing everything he could to make Yor happy and to shower him with her affections, eventually leading him to work as a diplomat at the foreign ministry until about a year ago, where he began working for the SSS.
During his childhood he lived in Eastern Nielsberg, both of his parents passed away when he was young, leaving both him and his older sister, Yor, as orphans and causing them to be poor and unable to afford books or school supplies.
