Franky franklin is an informant working at a tobacco store and possibly affiliated with loid forger's agency. he provides information about eden academy's exam and anya forger's past records to loid forger. despite the risks, franky is willing to assist loid when needed. however, he frequently advises loid to be cautious around others in their profession. franky has a history of falling in love with other women but his relationships often fail due to lack of interest or because they are already committed. he is driven by money and will perform favors for loid as long as there is a promise of material goods, even if the situation is dangerous.
In the last war between Ostania and Westalis, Franky was drafted as a soldier, but attempted to desert. During his attempt to escape, he met "Roland Spoofy", a Westalis soldier who would later become known as Agent Twilight.Hes once dreamed of making the world a better place with his inventions, as well as getting money from patents.
