Manga follows relationship between middling manga artist, mysterious new editor




On Friday, it was revealed in the June edition of Kodansha's Kiss magazine that Battan is set to launch a new manga series called Fatale Game in its upcoming May 23rd release. Battan shared a picture of the announcement on her Bluesky account.



Seri Tainaka is a mediocre manga artist with only one successful work under her belt. When she receives a new editor named Sumire Futami, she is taken aback by Futami's unconventional management style.

The manga "And Then There Were No Heroines" by Battan was launched on Torch web in March 2021 and was later serialized on Web Comic Action in May 2024. It concluded with its 21st chapter on April 15th. On April 17th, Futabasha released its fourth compiled book volume for the manga.

In October 2023, a live-action TV drama adaptation of the manga "Battan 's Kemutai Ane to Zurui Imōto" was released.
