PuniRunes Puni 3 Anime Announces More Cast, July 5 Premiere
Fūka Izumi joins cast as Jewelrun
The official website of PuniRunes Puni 3, which is the third anime adaptation of Takara Tomy's toyline, has released a new visual, introduced a new cast member, and announced that it will premiere on July 5th at 9:45 a.m. on TV Tokyo and five other affiliated channels.

The second season of the show began in October 2023 after the first season was broadcasted on TV Tokyo and TV Osaka from October 2022 to March 2023.
Spin Master began streaming the anime on YouTube last September. Spin Master is releasing ( link ) the toy line in the United States.
In contrast to typical digital pets that require raising, PuniRunes toys come with a unique feature - a hole where users can touch the soft creature inside with their fingers. The anime revolves around the daily lives of these enigmatic creatures who enjoy being pampered and the young girl Yuka who is fond of soft, plush items.
Kunihiko Yuyama ( Fairy Princess Minky Momo , Pokémon ) served as chief director of the first season, and Kentarō Yamaguchi directed at OLM Digital . Gigaemon Ichikawa ( Chikasugi Idol Akae-chan , The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made , A Galaxy Next Door ) was in charge of the series scripts, while Sayuri Ichiishi ( Pokémon , Tamagotchi! ) designed the characters. Nanahira performed the theme song "Puni Puni PuniRunes Punix Version."
