ACANE voices 5-second scene as student in episode 10




The official site for Aharen-san wa Hakarenai's second season on TV announced that ACANE from ZUTOMAYO will voice a character in episode 10 on Monday. ZUTOMAYO is currently performing the show's opening theme song. ACANE stated that his role is only five seconds long where he talks about tuna mayonnaise sandwiches and their bread.

The anime series premiered first on Tokyo MX on April 7th at 10 pm. It was later shown on BS11 that same evening. Following that, it aired on MBS on April 8th and AT-X on April 10th. Additionally, it is currently available for streaming on over 15 different platforms in Japan.

In the new season, the character of Henzan-sensei is voiced by Iori Saeki. As a new teacher, she has long aspired to become a dedicated educator, inspired by her love for teaching as she saw it portrayed in a drama when she was young.

Reina Aharen and Raidō are once again portrayed by Inori Minase and Takuma Terashima respectively. Nao Tōyama will sing Riku Tamanaha's voice in the series. ZUTOMAYO will perform "Binetsuma" as the opening theme song while shallm will sing "Twilight" for the ending theme song.

Yasutaka Yamamoto is returning as chief director at Felix Film for Servant × Service, along with Tomoe Makino as director for Woodpecker Detective's Office. Takao Yoshioka is back as series scriptwriter for High School DxD, I'm Standing on 1,000,000 Lives., Sekirei, and WATAMOTE, with Kotsukotsu and Masanao Akahoshi also contributing. Yūko Yahiro is designing characters for Diabolik Lovers, Kaguya-sama: Love is War, Katana Maidens: Toji no Miko.

Yumiko Ishii and Saori Yamamoto are joining Tomoko Iwasa as co-directors for a new project on bilibili, a Chinese streaming service.


In April 2022, the initial season of the anime was broadcasted. Crunchyroll made it available for streaming alongside its original Japanese audio version and an English dubbed version simultaneously during its airing.

Mizu launched the manga on Shonen Jump+ in January 2017. The series ended in April 2023.

The movie is about Reina Aharen and Raidō, two classmates who are polar opposites in terms of their personalities. Aharen struggles with social norms and often misinterprets people's intentions, while Raidō is reserved and keeps his distance from others. However, when Raidō accidentally picks up Aharen's eraser, their relationship becomes uncomfortable due to the sudden proximity. Despite their differences, they eventually develop feelings for each other.
