Saya Fukase again directs anime at UWAN Pictures




On Saturday, it was announced on the official website of the anime adaptation of Iya na Kao Sare Nagara Opantsu Misete Moraitai that a new anime titled Iya na Kao Sare Nagara Opantsu Misete Moraitai R or Iya na Kao Sare Nagara Opantsu Misete Moraitai Returns is in development. This new anime is being produced in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the original work. The announcement was made on "Underwear Day" on Saturday.

Saya Fukase will once more be overseeing the production of the anime at UWAN Pictures, while Shimahara will continue to provide original work and general supervision.

To celebrate its 10th year in existence, Art Gallery Akihabara in Tokyo will host an exhibition featuring artwork from August 22nd through August 31st. In addition to showcasing the artwork, the gallery will also offer merchandise for sale.

At Comiket 94 in August 2018, the initial 24-minute anime season was made available for the first time. Following this, it was given a limited first pressing Blu-ray Disc release in Tora no Ana stores that same month.

The second season of the show consisted of six episodes that ran for a total of 24 minutes. It was released on Blu-ray Disc in December 2019 and was also streamed on Niconico Channel in November 2019.

The doujin project contains over 70,000 printed books with illustration collections, photo collections, and manga featuring women with disgusted expressions while wearing various outfits and showing their underwear. There are currently ten volumes available as a digital book series for Shimahara 's doujin project.

In May 2019, the manga titled "I Want You To Make a Disgusted Face and Show Me Your Underwear" was launched on Shueisha 's Tonari no Young Jump website as well as the YanJan! app. It consisted of two compiled volumes.
