On Sunday, Infinite released the main trailer for the TV anime adaptation of Sai Naekawa 's manga series "This Monster Wants to Eat Me" ( " Watashi o Tabetai, Hito de nashi "). The video shows that the anime will premiere on AT-X at 10:30 p.m. on October 2nd, and will also be broadcast later that evening on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, and BS NTV.

In the clip, you can hear Yoshino's introductory tune "nie" ("Sacrifice") being played. Additionally, it was announced that Reina Ueda will sing the concluding melody "LiLy" as her character Hinako.

In 2020, Naekawa started publishing their manga series in Kadokawa's Dengeki Maoh magazine. The first compiled book volume was released by Kadokawa in 2021, with the tenth volume coming out on May 27th.
