Takuya and Rika are colleagues at a travel agency located in Tokyo. Despite being single, they have no issue with their current job setup since they are introverted individuals who find satisfaction in their private lives. However, the company is now looking to establish an office in Siberia, which means non-married employees will be the first to be considered for staffing. Rika is determined to avoid this transfer and approaches Takuya with a plan: if they pretend to get married within a year, they can remain in Tokyo. The only challenge is that Takuya and Rika barely know each other well enough to convincingly portray a romantic relationship. Will their fake relationship develop into something genuine?
