SI-VIS: The Sound of Heroes Anime Reveals Teaser Video With Insert Song, More Staff
Music-themed series debuts on October 5
At the Aniplex Online Fest event on Saturday, Aniplex unveiled a new promotional video for their upcoming original television anime series SI-VIS: The Sound of Heroes in collaboration with Sony Music .
The video previews SI-VIS' insert song "Melodea." The event also revealed more staff members.
Daisuke Yoshida ( Idol Incidents , Blue Exorcist: Beyond the Snow Saga ) is directing the anime at Studio VOLN . Naho Ōtsuki (key animator for Lycoris Recoil , Back Arrow ) and Nami Fujii (key animator for My Hero Academia seasons 6 and 7) are designing the characters for animation, and Shūhei Mutsuki ( Spy×Family three seasons) is composing the music.

It has been stated that Fumiaki Maruto, who is both the author of the light novel series "Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend" and its anime scriptwriter, is in charge of writing the scripts for the series. Hidari, known for their work on "Santa Company," "Fractale," and "Phantom in the Twilight," is the original character designer for the series.
The anime will first air on Fuji TV on October 5th at 9:30 am JST. In Japan, it will be available for streaming starting from October 7th. Additionally, Crunchyroll has secured the rights to stream the series globally, excluding Asia.
The anime will star:
- Nobunaga Shimazaki as Sōji
- Akari Kitō as μ (pronounced "myu")
- Daisuke Namikawa as YOSUKE
- Ayane Sakura as Siren
- Sōma Saitō as JUNE
Sony Music has chosen the singers who will portray the character's voices, but they have not yet disclosed their identities.
The story centers on the members of the SI-VIS co-ed vocal unit that is wildly popular both inside and outside Japan. Their true secret identity is a group of heroes who fight against a mysterious calamity threatening to destroy the world named "Mirage." Through their live performances, they gather the power to fight.
