In the game "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time," Link embarks on a journey to search for an old friend in the Lost Woods. However, his plans are disrupted when he is transported to another world by the mischievous actions of a possessed Skull Kid. Upon arriving in this new realm, Link discovers that it is under threat from the malevolent power of the Majora's Mask relic. The inhabitants of Termina are in dire need of assistance as their suicidal moon is rapidly descending towards them. With only 72 hours remaining, Link must act quickly to prevent the impending disaster.

Zelda no Densetsu: Majora no Kamen was published in English as The Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask, the third volume in the The Legend of Zelda series, by VIZ Media under the VIZ Kids imprint on February 3, 2009. It was also included in the 10-volume box set released October 25, 2011. The series was rereleased, alongside Zelda no Densetsu: Kamigami no Triforce (2005), as the third volume of VIZ Medias The Legend of Zelda: Legendary Edition on March 14, 2017.
