Kara no Kyoukai: The Garden of Sinners  

A young woman with supernatural abilities known as the "Mystic Eyes of Death Perception" can see death in existence and kill objects by destroying their origins. She recently woke up from a two-year coma caused by a car accident. Before the accident, she had two personalities - male Shiki (織) and female Shiki (式). Children born into the Ryōgi family are usually male with two personalities; therefore, male Shiki is referred to as yang while female Shiki is called yin. It is easy to distinguish between them as they speak differently - female Shiki uses watashi (私) while male Shiki uses ore (オレ). After recovering from her coma, Shiki realizes that she can no longer sense male Shiki's presence and assumes he has died due to the accident. She also feels disconnected from her memories before the accident but identifies as Shiki. To regain herself and her lost personality, she adopts a cold demeanor similar to male Shiki's and tries to act like female Shiki used to. Tōko acknowledges Shiki's detachment but considers her a new personality.
