The film Isle of Dogs follows Atari Kobayashi, a 12-year-old ward under Mayor Kobayashi. After the mayor orders all dogs in Megasaki City to be exiled to Trash Island due to an outbreak, Atari embarks on a quest using his Junior Turbo Prop to find Spots, his bodyguard dog. Along with new mongrel friends, he faces challenges that will determine the future of the entire prefecture.

Inugashima is an adaptation of Wes Andersons 2018 animated film Isle of Dogs. The series has been licensed in English by Dark Horse, and was published in French by Editions le Lézard Noir on March 7, 2019.
