SB Creative has released a revised version of the series with new illustrations since February 14, 2020 under its GA Bunko label.The series has been published in English as The Girl I Saved on the Train Turned Out to Be My Childhood Friend by Yen Press under the Yen On imprint since November 30, 2021.
