Yumi Tamura
Yumi Tamura, a well-known creator of fantasy series such as BASARA and an avid fan of RPG videogames like Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest, enjoys reading mystery books and chatting with her fans on the computer. She also illustrated the Sci-Fi chapter of the Squaresoft RPG Live-A-Live. A picture of Yumi Tamura was taken by Matt Thorn at a year-end party for Bessatsu Shôjo Comic in December 1995, where she was sitting next to the author and taking pictures shamelessly. Additionally, Yumi is currently drawing an autograph for a rookie manga artist who is still in high school and falls under the umbrella of Bessatsu Shôjo Comic.
