The summer festival has begun at the beach, where many Pokemon have set up their shops. Soon, the group will be graced by a performance from the popular pop idol Azumarill. However, upon her arrival, she is kidnapped by the flying Pokemon Skarmory! Pikachu and his friends, including Plusle, Minun, Meowth, Wobbuffet, and others must now track down the singing beauty in order to ensure that the show continues as planned.
