In a futuristic city with significant income inequality, it can be challenging to distinguish between humans and those with cybernetic enhancements. This presents additional challenges for Roy Revant, a renegade bounty hunter/bodyguard-for-hire, as he navigates through the dangerous streets of this disaster-prone metropolis. However, when a young girl with extraordinary strength saves him from a particularly perilous criminal, Roy begins to question whether help may come from unexpected sources. Alongside a few others, they embark on a quest to uncover the truth behind the powerful corporations that claim to be improving life for humanity. Solty, an android who has lost her memory, escapes and is pursued by the RUC Security Bureau. During her journey, she encounters Roy Revant, who adopts her as his daughter after being hired as a bodyguard for Miranda.
