Meet Yuki Sanada, a young man who struggles with social interaction due to his grandmother's job that requires them to move around frequently. As a result, he finds it challenging to form lasting relationships with others. His fear of social situations is so intense that when asked to make a greeting or parting speech in class, Yuki often freezes and blacks out from the present, focusing solely on his expected embarrassment. However, Yuki's life takes an unexpected turn when they move to Enoshima and meet Haru, an alien who claims to possess a water gun and fish bowl. Despite any complaints Yuki might have about this, Haru immediately latches onto him as a friend, completely disregarding his resistance. Haru is like a force of nature, indifferent to others' objections to his antics. Along with Haru, Yuki also convinces Natsuki Usami, a classmate and fisherman, to join in on Haru's schemes. Together, this unique group embarks on out-of-this-world adventures that await them in Tsuritama!
