The Noah's Ark Circus troupe is known for their impressive performances that have captivated audiences in London. However, these amazing acts come at a cost as children have mysteriously disappeared around the city, coinciding with the group's movements. Queen Victoria sends her famous guard dog, Ciel Phantomhive, and his loyal demon butler, Sebastian Michaelis, on an undercover mission to locate the missing kids. Balancing their new circus acts with their secret investigation proves challenging as other performers become suspicious and the threat of the mysterious benefactor looms overhead.
