Hayato Izumi is running for student council president. He is known for being studious, responsible, and down-to-earth. However, he faces fierce competition from Ui Wakana, who promises comprehensive sex education, free condoms, and other exciting reforms. Despite his best efforts, Hayato loses the election in a landslide. Disheartened but not defeated, he settles for vice president. Little does he know that Ui has moved in with him, as their parents made a drunken promise decades ago to marry them one day. Now, Hayato and Ui must balance school life with matrimony while keeping their relationship secret from the prudish student body.
