Yuu Otosaka is a teenager with an extraordinary ability to control other people's bodies for five seconds at a time. The student council, led by Nao, tracks down adolescents who abuse their powers, including Yuu. He is forced to join the student council and face challenges that bring him closer to the truth about his own ability's power.
