Keigo Takami, also known as "Wing Hero" Hawks, is currently ranked No. 2 among Pro Heroes (formerly No. 3). He possesses both emotional and logical intelligence. His Quirk, "Fierce Wings," gives him the ability to fly with a pair of bright red feathery wings on his back. Additionally, he has telekinetic control over each individual feather's movement and nature.
