Quatre is an unusual Gundam pilot due to his tender-hearted nature. He comes from a wealthy family that owns space colony building businesses and has 29 older sisters, a strict pacifist father who disapproves of him joining combat. Despite abhorring bloodshed, he feels compelled to fight for the sake of protecting his loved ones. Although Quatre lacks the fighting skills and ruthlessness of other Gundam pilots, he has excellent family connections, an abundance of money, and a loyal group of forty followers at his disposal. His gentle demeanor quickly wins over Trowa Barton, making him the unofficial leader of the Gundam pilots in Frozen Teardrop.
At some point between 10 and 20 years before MC0021, Quatre somehow acquires another, much younger sister, named Katherine Oud Winner. Along with Trowa Barton, who is working under the alias Dokter T, Quatre develops 4 new mobile suits for unknown purposes using his familys resources- Snow White, Warlock, Prometheus, and Scheherazade.
