Trowa is the most enigmatic Gundam pilot among the group of characters. He is known for being composed, collected and reserved, rarely speaking or smiling. To conceal his true intentions, he joins a traveling circus troupe as an acrobat clown. His exceptional agility and fearlessness in battle are also valuable assets to him when piloting Gundam Heavyarms. Although young, Trowa possesses extensive military experience. He prefers to engage enemies by remaining stationary and raining bullets upon the battlefield. However, he occasionally employs his acrobatic signature move - a mid-air triple spin that ends in a lethal knife slash.
His real name, according to the Gundam Wing prequel Manga: Episode Zero, is Triton Bloom, Catherine Blooms long lost Brother.
In MC0021, alongside Instructor W, Trowa (under the alias "Dokter T") develops 4 new mobile suits for unknown purposes. When asked by his young look-alike Trowa Phobos what the T in his name stands for, he first answers Trowa, but later concedes that it stands for Triton, confirming other series materials which indicate that Trowa is Catherine Blooms long-lost brother.
