Yen Press announced at this year's Sakura-con event on Friday that it has licensed the following titles:

Title: Lira and the Winds of War novel
Creator: Sayuri Ueda
In essence, Lira, a young woman from Poland who has experienced loss due to the Great War, resides in a mansion with an eternal being referred to as the Count. Along with Joerg, a German soldier assigned as her guard, she witnesses various calamities unfolding throughout Europe. Driven by a sense of duty, Lira decides to employ the Count's abilities in a desperate attempt to safeguard her homeland. Meanwhile, Joerg faces a crucial decision with the future of humanity at stake. Throughout history, humanity has been plagued by an inherent foolishness that has led to numerous conflicts.

This story depicts the existence of supernatural entities that surpass human understanding.
