Seto voices university student Makoto Tsukauchi in upcoming episode 7
On Tuesday, it was revealed on : Vigilantes ( Vigilante: Boku no Hero Academia Illegals ) manga's official website that Asami Seto has joined the show's cast as Makoto Tsukauchi, who is Koichi's senior in college and is researching the hero system. Makoto will make his debut in the seventh episode on May 19th.

The anime started airing on April 7th on Tokyo MX and BS NTV in Japan. Crunchyroll is providing global access to the show, except for Asia, and they are also offering an English dub version.

Kenichi Suzuki is directing the anime for Cells at Work! and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. BONES FILM is animating this series. Yōsuke Kuroda is returning from My Hero Academia to write and oversee the scripts for this anime. Takahiko Yoshida is designing the characters for this anime. Yuki Hayashi is returning from My Hero Academia to compose the music for this anime alongside Shōgo Yamashiro and Yūki Furuhashi.
Furthermore, Yukihiro Watanabe serves as the art director, while Haruko Nobori handles color design. Yingning Zhang is in charge of photography direction, Mizuki Sasaki oversees 3DCG direction, Kiyoshi Hirose manages editing, and Masafumi Mima is responsible for sound direction.
In the anime, "Kekka Orai" is sung by Kocchi no Kento as its opening theme song. Meanwhile, yutori is a four-member rock band that sings "Speed" as the ending theme song.
: Vigilantes is a prequel to the popular My Hero Academia manga by Kohei Horikoshi. It tells the story of a group of vigilantes who operate in Uruwashi City before the events of the main series begin.
Koichi Haimawari couldn't make the cut to become an official hero, so he uses his modest Quirk to do good deeds in his spare time.
