The Beginning After The End Anime Casts Gen Sato, Shōya Chiba
Sato as Elijah Knight, Chiba as Lucas Wykes to appear in 12th episode on Wednesday
On Monday, it was announced that two new cast members had been added to the official X (previously known as Twitter) account for the TV anime adaptation of "The Beginning After The End" web novel and its webcomic version. Gen Sato will voice Elijah Knight, while Shōya Chiba will voice Lucas Wykes. These characters will make their appearance in the final episode of the first season on Wednesday.
The anime started airing on April 2nd. Crunchyroll is currently broadcasting it globally, except for Asia (which includes India), and they are also providing English and French dubbed versions.

The anime will consist of 24 episodes. It's the first adaptation of an American web novel and webcomic into an anime format.
Keitarō Motonaga ( Date A Live first three seasons, Katanagatari , Jormungand ) is directing the anime at Studio A-Cat . Takamitsu Kōno ( Utawarerumono: The False Faces , Absolute Duo ) is overseeing the series scripts. Masami Sueoka ( The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord's Army was a Human ) is the character designer, and Keiji Inai ( Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? , I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level ) is composing the music. Slow Curve is producing the anime.
TurtleMe oversees and manages the production of the series as its lead executive. Mike Zhu, Kevin Nicklaus, and Gabrielle Luu from Tapas Entertainment are also involved in its production as executive producers along with TurtleMe LLC.
In Los Angeles, Canada, there is an artist named KALA who sings the introductory tune titled "KINGSBLOOD" for their performance. For the concluding number, seiza, another singer-songwriter from Canada, performs "Mahiru no Tsuki" (Midday Moon).

In January 2017, TurtleMe released its web novel series in English on Tapas. According to Tapas, the story follows the plot of the original Japanese work.

In July 2018, a webcomic was introduced on Tapas. TurtleMe was responsible for managing the narrative and adaptation of the webcomic. Initially, Fuyuki23 was the artist for the series, but they were replaced by Rise Entertainment for Season 6. Following this change, the series went on hiatus before resuming production by MGK-story on October 19th.
Yen Press is releasing the webcomic in print, and released the seventh volume on March 25.
The franchise can be found in seven different languages globally and has over 60 million reads, with around 35 million for the webcomic and around 25 million for the web novel. Additionally, it generates nearly half a million dollars monthly worldwide.
An announcement has been made regarding a Kickstarter campaign aimed at raising funds for print editions of TurtleMe 's popular web novel series. While no specific launch date has been mentioned on the page, it is being managed by Rocketship Entertainment, a Ringo award-winning publisher known for their work on Let's Play web comic in print.
