Roll Over and Die TV Anime's Trailer Reveals Cast, Staff
Miku Itō, Miki Kariya, Makoto Yasumura, Misaki Kuno, Takaya Kuroda, more join cast
The staff of the television anime based on writer kiki and illustrator Kinta 's ROLL OVER AND DIE: I Will Fight for an Ordinary Life with My Love and Cursed Sword! ( “Omae Gotoki ga Maō ni Kateru to Omou na” to Yūsha Party o Tsuihō Sareta node, Ōto de Kimama ni Kurashitai ) light novel series began streaming on Friday the second teaser promotional video, and it reveals more cast and the main staff.
The newly announced cast includes:
Miku Itō as Milkit, a young girl sold to a slave merchant whom Flum meets
Miki Kariya as Cyrill Sweechka, who has the rare attribute "Hero" with high stats
Makoto Yasumura as Jean Inteige, who can use four elemental magics thanks to the rare attribute "Nature"
Misaki Kuno as Eterna Rinebow, a water-element magic user who is knowledgeable about medicine
Takaya Kuroda as Gadhio Lathcutt, an S-rank adventurer who uses earth-element magic
Aya Endō as Maria Afenjuns, a nun of the Origin Church who wields light-element magic
Jin Ogasawara as Linus Radiants, an S-rank adventurer with wind-element magic
The anime for Detective Conan at ACGT is being directed by Nobuharu Kamanaka. Mariko Kunisawa is in charge of the series composition for Ascendance of a Bookworm. Miki Matsumoto, Fumio Matsumoto, Takashi Fukuyo, and Takafumi Furusawa are designing the characters for Summer Time Rendering, Orient, Berserk of Gluttony, respectively. Ryō Takahashi is composing the music for Arifureta - From Commonplace to World's Strongest.
The anime will premiere in 2026 under the international title Roll Over and Die .
Ayaka Nanase plays Flum Apricot.
The company Seven Seas Entertainment has made available the light novel series in its English translation. It portrays the narrative of the story.
Flum Apricot was never meant to be a hero. Despite stats that were zeroes across the board and a power she can't even use, she somehow finds herself a member of a party of heroes. Emily Bauer will narrate the audiobook version of the Seven Seas novel series. Furthermore, Seven Seas will publish Sunao Minakata 's manga adaptation.
In 2018, Kiki started a new series of novels that featured artwork by Kinta. This series was published by Micro Magazine in Japan in January 2020. With the release of the fifth volume, the artist changed from Kinta to kodamazon. As of now, there are over 415,000 copies of this series (including digital copies) in circulation worldwide.
