In October from 9th to 19th, Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival in Spain will showcase the film.

From acclaimed Japanese animation production house Studio 4°C comes a wild romantic comedy and true “fish out of water” story. In the anime "Kimi ni Todoke," "The Tunnel to Summer," and "The Exit of Goodbyes," Ōji Suzuka portrays Stefan, who works at a ship-making company as a salaryman. Meanwhile, Anna Yamada plays Cha o in "live-action Golden Kamuy" and "Saki," where she is the pure princess of the mermaid kingdom.

The movie was shown for the first time at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival held in France from June 8th to June 14th and received the Jury Prize. It was also featured on the opening night of JAPAN CUTS: Festival of New Japanese Film held in New York on July 10th. Afterward, it was displayed at the Fantasia International Film Festival held in Montreal from July 16th through August 3rd.
This year's Ottawa International Animation Festival is featuring a competition for the Grand Prize in Feature Animation, which will take place from September 24th through September 28th.
